Your plan year runs from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 for medical.

Your plan year runs from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 for vision.

If NO changes are needed, then your current benefits will just roll over into the new plan year.

  • If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by December 26.
  • Your current medical and/or vision elections will carry forward to 2026 if you don't make a new election.
